Youth Services Manager Carrier Sekani Family Services Location: Prince George, BC Employment Type: Full-Time, Term – Ending March 31, 2026 Wage Range: $46.69 to $60.46 per hour This is a term position ending March 31, 2026 and is not eligible for employee benefits. Career Opportunity Carrier Sekani Family Services (CSFS) is an innovative leader in Indigenous health and family services. Culture is central to everything we do, and we seek a Youth Services Manager to lead the development and implementation of youth programming across urban, community, and rural settings. Responsibilities Oversee staff in the development and implementation of urban, community, and rural programming based on demonstrated need and program objectives outlined in funding contracts, community plans, and individual goal plans. Provide supervision and direction for youth services staff. Collaborate with other CSFS team managers to facilitate an inter‑professional approach to providing services to youth. Qualifications A Bachelor’s degree in Child and Youth Care, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Social Work is an asset. At least two years of experience in a supervisory role.
