In this Fixed Term role, you'll advise customers both in-store and over the phone about parts and accessories. You will handle orders, follow up with clients, and develop strong relationships. Bring your automotive knowledge to help keep Canadians moving forward with reliable parts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise customers on vehicle parts and accessories
• Place orders and ensure follow-up with customers
• Provide product expertise and tailored recommendations
• Create and maintain strong customer relationships
Requirements:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Diploma in automotive parts sales or experience preferred
Support customers with your expertise and communication while working at the trusted NAPA Auto Parts team in Alberta.
