Help lead your team building modern architectures in critical applications operating at scale Your leadership enables, inspires, and motivates a talented group of developers With consistent coaching and 1 on 1s, you will help level up your team’s members and further their careers as the first among equals Bridge communications between multiple areas across products, technologies, development, QA, support, and infrastructure You own and represent your team’s products with your successful on-time development delivery Define and ensure your team’s software design patterns and operational guidelines Mentor and review, holding up the highest standards for rigorously tested and elegant code Qualifications Preferred 2 years of leadership experience Excellent communication of complex ideas clearly and thrive in a fast Agile environment Ability to forecast and be two steps ahead of the team and development Preferred 4+ years of experience of software development experience Preferred experience with Machine Learning, API and AI Full stack development with an emphasis on back end Up to date on the most recent technology innovations and have a passion for learning new tech Other technology experience (assets) -Go (Golang), C++ Object-oriented programming (OOP) experience Familiarity with creating and building automated pipelines in Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CircleCI This is a permanent position, work from home. #J-18808-Ljbffr
