This role requires at least three years of experience in Information Technology, specializing in complex systems design and deployment. Candidates should possess a post-secondary degree in computing or electronics, alongside strong analytical skills. Collaboration with Systems Analysts and Project Managers will ensure effective delivery and maintenance of physical security and audio video platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install and configure servers, networks, and storage solutions
• Analyze customer requirements and implement system features
• Maintain and troubleshoot existing IT infrastructure
• Develop custom integrations and automation solutions
• Prepare documentation for system upgrades and implementations
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years' experience in IT infrastructure
• Degree in technology or related field
• Proficiency in Windows Server, VMware, and SQL Server
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Willingness to mentor and support team growth
