Employer Industry: Financial Technology (Fintech) Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $220,000 for candidates in NYC or SF; up to $206,000 for candidates in other locations Comprehensive benefits package including 100% medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage Flexible paid time off (PTO) policy to support work‑life balance Opportunities for professional growth and development within a rapidly scaling company Supportive work environment with stipends for home office setup and wellness initiatives Chance to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to innovative financial solutions What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Act as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams during high-value implementations and expansion opportunities Partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to assess customer requirements and propose scalable solutions Collaborate with onboarding specialists and implementation leads to support technical workstreams Troubleshoot integration blockers and guide customers through complex configuration decisions Influence Ramp’s product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a related field 4+ years in technical consulting, solutions engineering, implementation, or a similar customer‑facing technical role, ideally in a SaaS or fintech environment Familiarity with ERP systems and finance/accounting workflows Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions into business value Exceptional organization and problem‑solving skills, with a bias toward action and ownership How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience working with APIs, integration logic, and system architecture Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally with various teams Experience in fast‑paced environments, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
