About the Role We are seeking a proactive, impact‑driven Senior Customer Marketing Manager to scale Samsara’s customer advocacy through two programs: the Strategic Partnership Program (SPP) and the Customer Speaker Program. The role is remote and exclusively open to candidates residing in Canada. Key Responsibilities Lead the Strategic Partnership Program: develop and execute co‑marketing plans with high‑ACV customers, creating compelling advocacy assets. Scale the Customer Speaker Program: recruit and enable customer advocates, preparing them for events, webinars and executive briefings. Fuel go‑to‑market initiatives: integrate advocacy stories into campaigns, product launches and events, partnering with Sales, Marketing and Field teams. Deepen customer relationships: secure exclusive sponsorships, events and storytelling opportunities that strengthen advocate loyalty. Support flagship customer conference and key events: drive storytelling, speaker recruitment and engagement, managing video production and post‑event advocacy impact. Optimize internal workflows and tools: collaborate with Customer Marketing Ops to streamline speaker sourcing, tracking and fulfillment. Measure and optimize program impact: track metrics, analyze engagement data and apply AI‑driven workflows to improve effectiveness. Partner with Content and Brand to create high‑impact case studies, blog posts, and video testimonials, managing all stages from relationship building to final production. Champion Samsara’s cultural principles across global initiatives. Minimum Requirements 8+ years in customer advocacy or marketing program management in a B2B SaaS environment. Proven end‑to‑end strategy and execution, delivering measurable business impact. Exceptional relationship building, storytelling and project management. Strong analytical skills with a data‑driven approach to advocacy metrics. Self‑starter, quick learner, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, autonomous environment. Excellent verbal and written communication. Bachelor’s degree from a 4‑year institution or equivalent experience. Ideal Candidate Problem‑solving mindset and quick troubleshooting ability. High attention to detail and commitment to brand excellence.
