Agile Coach (Enterprise) – Bilingual (French) Location: Toronto or Montreal Type : Full Time | Hybrid (3 days onsite weekly) We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Agile Coach to support and accelerate our Agile transformation journey across the organization. This role will partner closely with senior leadership, delivery teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to build an Agile roadmap, introduce best practices, uplift capability, and drive cultural change across multiple teams. The ideal professional is a strategic advisor, strong facilitator, and experienced coach with a proven background leading Agile transformation at scale. This role requires strong bilingual communication (English / French) and deep experience in change enablement and Agile frameworks. Responsibilities Assess team readiness across the department and propose an Agile transformation plan tailored to business reality. Build a transformation vision and roadmap with leadership and guide them on Agile leadership practices. Create and support change management plans to enable adoption of new ways of working. Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, delivery teams and management on Agile practices, frameworks and continuous improvement. Promote collaboration, transparency, and a safe environment for problem-solving and experimentation. Support the adoption of Agile standards, tools, and best practices while enabling stronger cross-team alignment. Identify systemic impediments and collaborate with leadership to remove barriers to value delivery. Help establish and contribute to an Agile Centre of Excellence. Facilitate value-based strategic planning and decision making. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline 7+ years combined experience supporting large-scale projects, including 4+ years as Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master Proven experience leading enterprise Agile transformations Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks, techniques, and change management practices Experience with Agile tooling such as Jira and Confluence Agile Certifications required Bilingual (English & French) required Nice to Have Assets Broadcast or media systems exposure Change Management certification High level collaboration, communication, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills Ability to thrive in fast changing environments and lead with influence #J-18808-Ljbffr
