About The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Frontend Developer to lead the development of modern, scalable, and high-performance web applications. This role requires a strong technical leader who can translate product and design vision into exceptional user experiences while driving front-end best practices across the team. Responsibilities Lead the development of intuitive, scalable, and maintainable front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to deliver pixel-perfect, user-centric UI/UX implementations. Write clean, efficient, reusable, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices. Optimize front-end applications for performance, responsiveness, and scalability across devices and browsers. Own and evolve the front-end technical roadmap, proposing architectural improvements, tooling upgrades, and best practices. Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility through thoughtful development and testing. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. Partner with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless end-to-end functionality. Stay current with emerging front-end technologies, frameworks, and industry trends, and evaluate their adoption when appropriate. Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development. Strong proficiency in modern front-end frameworks. Experience building responsive and accessible user interfaces. Deep understanding of front-end architecture, performance optimization, and state management. Proven experience mentoring developers and leading front-end initiatives. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across disciplines.
