About The Role We are seeking a proactive and strategic Lead Change and Risk Manager to spearhead organizational change initiatives and lead risk mitigation efforts across our battery cell factory ramp‑up. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the roll‑out of an international full‑sized battery cell factory in coordination with the Head of Project Management. Address problems through change and risk management and contingency planning and presenting solutions and/or alternatives to Head of Project Management and/or other management members. Spearhead the development and implementation of integrated risk and change management frameworks, managing a team to ensure alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Coordinate the identification, assessment, and mitigation of project risks, while proactively managing change impacts across teams and departments. Lead the design and execution of change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, training, and adoption support. Ensure team readiness through assessments and feedback loops, adjusting strategies to maximize change effectiveness. Manage and oversee structured risk and change tracking systems, ensuring team accountability for documentation of mitigation actions, lessons learned, and change outcomes. Ensure change initiatives are embedded into project planning and execution through collaboration with project managers and functional leads. Lead the preparation and delivery of integrated reports, coordinating team input to communicate risk exposures, change progress, and improvement opportunities to senior leadership. Monitor KPIs related to risk control effectiveness and change adoption, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement. Lead the team in incident response and crisis management planning, ensuring organizational resilience and readiness. Champion and lead a culture of proactive risk management and change agility across the team. Provide strategic updates and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting key risks, change impacts, and team‑driven recommendations. Lead performance management activities for the Change and Risk team, including setting individual objectives, conducting regular performance reviews, and providing coaching and development feedback to team members. Ensure alignment of team goals with organizational strategy and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. What You Bring To The Team Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Organizational Development, or related fields and/or equivalent relevant work experience. +10 years of professional experience in project environments, with proven expertise in risk management, continuous improvement, and change enablement. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement change management strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication planning, training, and adoption support. Proven ability to coordinate the identification, assessment, and mitigation of financial, operational, and organizational risks. Experience in leading cross‑functional teams in change and risk management initiatives. Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration across diverse teams, project managers, and stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated experience in managing teams, conducting performance reviews, and driving team development. Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple risk and change management initiatives simultaneously. Proficiency in project management software and advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint for tracking, reporting, and presenting risk and change data. High level of professionalism, responsiveness, and a structured, results‑oriented work style. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments. Adaptability to inter‑cultural settings with strong empathy and interpersonal understanding, especially when managing change across global teams. Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of hierarchy and functional departments. International mindset and strong interest in global work and diverse teams. Experience in the automotive and/or e‑mobility industry is considered an asset. German language skills are considered an asset.
