- Steam and pour milk for every drink on the menu.
- Greet everyone who walks in, and remember how the regulars take theirs.
- Keep the bar clean, stocked and ready for whoever comes next.

- A warm way with people, even when the line is long.
- Care for the little things: a clean counter, a tidy station, a cup set down just right.
The shifts
Open early, open late, so shifts cover mornings, afternoons and evenings. Full time or part time, whichever suits you.
