Votre prochain défi Dans le cadre d'un programme de transformation Lean multi-sites, nous recherchons un consultant PMO Lean Manufacturing pour accompagner notre client dans la structuration et le pilotage de ses démarches d'amélioration continue. Vous interviendrez directement en usine, au cœur des opérations, avec les missions suivantes : Missions PMO terrain Animer des sessions de travail multi disciplinaires Structurer et maintenir des plans d'action avec jalons, priorités et livrables Suivre l'avancement des initiatives Lean à l'aide d'indicateurs de performance Réaliser des reportings réguliers (KPI, dashboards, synthèses d'avancement) Assurer le lien entre les équipes opérationnelles et le management (animation de points de suivi) Formaliser les bonnes pratiques et contribuer à la capitalisation des retours d'expérience Missions Lean Manufacturing Identifier les machines, lignes et processus critiques impactant la performance Coordonner et animer des ateliers d'amélioration continue avec les équipes de production Collaborer avec les superviseurs, leaders projets et ingénieurs pour structurer les plans d'actions Définir les gains attendus (coûts, qualité, délais) et assurer leur suivi Piloter la mise en œuvre des chantiers Lean (5S, SMED, Kaizen, VSM, etc.) Le profil idéal Diplôme en génie industriel, mécanique ou équivalent Expérience de 5 ans à 10 ans dans un environnement manufacturier Certifications Lean Green Belt ou Black Belt seraient un plus Capacité démontrée à animer des groupes de travail et à structurer une démarche Lean Maîtrise des outils de suivi projet : Excel avancé, PowerPoint, Power BI (un atout) Bon sens relationnel, autonomie, rigueur et orientation résultats Bilingue français requis avec anglais intermédiaire à minima Pourquoi MIGSO-PCUBED ?
