The Senior Manager, Cybersecurity Service Delivery is a cross-functional role responsible for the delivery and governance of key security initiatives and ensuring operational excellence within the Application Security, Cloud Security and Cryptography functions. The role blends delivery, governance and project management to ensure initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives The ideal candidate has strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills to provide governance and management of all regulatory, compliance and audit related items in the team, including centralized reporting and tracking. The role is critical to develop a governance model and then monitor progress and compliance with tasks or deadlines that have been previously decided. In addition, the candidate should possess strong project management skills to govern the delivery of business-critical initiatives In this role you will: Govern and guide the closure of regulatory / audit programs through large-scale transformation. Define and report on overall status, key achievements, next steps and risks with a data-driven approach. Facilitate forums and prepare the team for constructive collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams, technology and business channels, and control functions Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity and governance initiatives. Drive cross-functional coordination with IT, legal, and business stakeholders to ensure projects meet objectives. Track and report program progress through dashboards and executive summaries. Develop business cases based on the roadmap and priority, align with Technology, PMO, and Finance teams on the funding required, cost and benefit analysis, and cost allocation model Manage critical delivery functions including but not limited to budgeting, headcount planning, vendor management, and performance tracking. Support the development of strategic roadmaps and annual security plans. End to End vendor contract management which includes not only maintaining the inventory of contracts but onboarding, offboarding, RFP process and tracking of all contracts MSA, NDA, SOW etc. Ensure alignment of cybersecurity initiatives with organizational goals and regulatory priorities. Prepare executive presentations and operational performance reports for senior leadership. Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have: Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field required 8+ years’ experience in Information Security or Information Technology Previous exposure to Regulatory, Compliance, Risk and Audit functions, with knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements Excellent understanding of financial principles of large enterprise organization Solid understanding of IT project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills. Certifications preferred: CISM, CISSP, PMP or PgMP. What's in it for you?
