Serve Money Mart customers through personal lending and customer service while recommending financial products and processing transactions accurately.
As a Financial Service Representative with Momentum Financial Services Group, you will assess customer needs and connect them with suitable solutions. Responsibilities include lending interviews, application review, product sales, cash handling, records maintenance, and payment arrangements. You will support customers through clear information and responsible lending practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess customer needs and complete accurate transactions
- Recommend and process loans, cards, transfers, and payments
- Explain fees, repayment terms, renewals, and options
- Verify customer information and maintain complete records
- Reconcile cash drawers and follow security procedures
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One or more years in retail sales or similar work
- One or more years in customer service and cash handling
- Hands-on experience with POS transactions
- English communication and basic Microsoft Office proficiency
