This executive will oversee a team responsible for managing integration projects, principally across Finance, HR, and IT, with a more hands‑on focus on financial integrations. The SVP will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless post‑acquisition integration, driving value creation, and enabling both revenue and cost synergies across the business. Equally important, this leader will ensure that employees of acquired businesses are welcomed into the organization and experience a smooth, positive transition.

This is a pivotal leadership role in a fast‑growing, acquisitive company. The SVP, Acquisition Integration will not only ensure seamless execution of acquisitions but also drive value creation through cross‑selling opportunities, revenue growth, and cost synergies. Equally important, this leader will champion the employee experience, ensuring that new colleagues feel welcomed, supported, and engaged as they join the organization. The Senior Vice President, Acquisition Integration Will Lead and manage a team of 15+ professionals that project‑manages the integration of acquired firms.

Establish and maintain project governance, timelines, and milestones to ensure disciplined execution across all integration activities. Drive hands‑on execution of finance integrations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in consolidation and reporting post‑closing. Partner with business and functional leaders to play a central role in welcoming employees from acquired businesses, ensuring they feel supported and engaged. Oversee calculation and execution of working capital adjustments, earnouts, dividends, and related payments.

Where necessary, provide FP&A support for newly acquired entities, ensuring alignment with corporate standards. Continuously refine, document, and standardize integration processes to accelerate speed and effectiveness. Utilize Monday.com to manage integration workflows and reporting. Leverage Workday financial and human capital tools to support integration activities.

Deliver regular reporting on integration status, risks, and overall program performance. Partner with executive leadership to shape integration strategy and ensure alignment with corporate objectives. To be successful as a Senior Vice President, Acquisition Integration with People Corporation, you will need 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in integration, corporate development, finance, or related fields. CPA/CA designation strongly preferred.

Proven track record managing integration teams in highly acquisitive organizations. Direct experience with financial integrations, consolidation, reporting, and synergy realization. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana). Familiarity with ERP systems and data migration.

Experience

with Workday financial and human capital management systems is a strong asset. Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence at the highest levels. Core Competencies Strategic leadership with the ability to align stakeholders and drive execution across multiple functions. Expertise in project and program management, including the ability to structure, prioritize, and oversee multiple concurrent integration workstreams.

Deep financial acumen, including expertise in financial integrations and post‑closing financial deal mechanisms. Ability to identify and mitigate integration risks (financial, operational, cultural). Strong operational excellence and process improvement mindset. Skilled in cross‑functional collaboration and executive‑level communication.

Commitment to employee experience and cultural integration during acquisitions. Analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on value creation. Change management expertise to guide organizations through transitions.
