Responsibilities
- Prepare dough for bread, rolls, sweet goods, and pastries according to recipes or special customer orders
- Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
- Bake mixed dough
- Prepare special orders
- Draw up production schedules
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas
- Operate machinery
- Organize, clean, sanitize and maintain all production areas
$17.00 per hour
Permanent, Full time
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
- 40 hours per week
- Language: English
