We are seeking an experienced SAP Lead – OpenText to design, implement, and support OpenText solutions integrated with SAP. The ideal candidate should have expertise in OpenText Extended ECM (xECM), Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), and Content Server . This role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and SAP functional consultants to drive efficient document management and business process automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and integration of OpenText solutions with SAP (S/4HANA, ECC).
  • Manage OpenText Extended ECM (xECM), Vendor Invoice Management (VIM), Content Server, Archive Center, and Document Presentment .
  • Collaborate with business and IT teams to gather requirements, design workflows, and optimize document management processes .
  • Ensure compliance with document retention policies, governance standards, and industry regulations .
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenText-SAP integration, workflows, and performance .
  • Perform system upgrades, migrations, and enhancements for OpenText modules.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, process automation, and digital transformation initiatives using OpenText.
  • Develop and execute test plans, user training, and documentation to support OpenText implementations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in SAP and OpenText solutions .
  • Strong expertise in OpenText xECM, VIM, Content Server, and Archive Center .
  • Hands-on experience with SAP integration (SAP S/4HANA, ECC) using OpenText connectors and APIs .
  • Proficiency in SAP workflows, ABAP debugging, and document management best practices .
  • Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and OpenText system administration .
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to lead and mentor teams .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with cloud-based OpenText solutions .
  • Knowledge of OCR, machine learning, and automation tools for document processing .
  • OpenText or SAP certification is a plus.
