You will support daily inquiries, manage client portfolios, and maintain proactive communication on service updates. • Answer client inquiries with precision and care
• Support brokers in managing client portfolios
• Ensure clients feel listened to and supported
• Proactively communicate service updates
• Maintain a friendly and helpful demeanor at all times
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Experience in customer service required
• Knowledge of group benefits is a plus
• Strong communication skills essential
• Familiarity with the Quebec market is advantageous
