We are currently seeking a dynamic and passionate People and Culture Advisor to join the our team and help us cultivate a thriving workplace culture. Key Responsibilities Talent Management: Lead full-cycle recruitment, develop creative sourcing strategies, and strengthen brand. Labour Relations: Act as liaison with Unions by supporting bargaining, grievances, and respectful relationships. Onboarding: Design programs that integrate new employees into our culture and values. Benefits & Payroll: Partner with Payroll to ensure accurate benefits administration and compliance. Employee Engagement & Culture: Drive initiatives that enhance workplace culture, recognition, and well-being. Administration & Analytics: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports and documentation, and provide data-driven insights on turnover, engagement, and workforce trends to inform organizational strategies. Change Management: Support employees and leaders through organizational change and team resilience. Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a positive workplace environment. Qualifications Degree in HR, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field. 6+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in municipal or public sector. Strong knowledge of the Saskatchewan Employment Act, Human Rights Code, and LA FOIP. Experience in recruitment, labour relations, onboarding, and benefits administration. Proficiency in HRIS (e.g., Dayforce), Data Analytics, and Microsoft Office Suite. Competencies Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to build professional relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing employee concerns. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality. Ability to influence and coach leaders.
