Business Systems Analyst – Salesforce Migration & Sales Builder Decommissioning Contract Duration: 12 months with good possibility of extension. Business Group: CBE CRM and Sales - Performance engineering team, part of Customer Servicing engineering in Digital, focused on providing solutions that assist front line staff across channels in deepening relationships with customers, providing better service and offering better products to them, and help improve sales & productivity along the way. Project: Sales builder decom project – taking functionalities from sales builder and building across Salesforce – now looking at left over functionalities and moving it into Salesforce to fully decommission Sales builder. Typical Day in Role: Perform analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of all applications. Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies. Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers. Prepares cost‑benefit and return‑on‑investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation. Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities. Supports one or more highly complex business processes. Works on multiple projects as a project team member. Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs. Serves as a liaison between users and developers to help resolve production issues. Performs health checks after releases to ensure functionalities have been deployed correctly. Candidate Requirements / Must Have Skills: 8+ years’ experience as a Business Systems Analyst, preferably with at least 3‑5 recent years working within a large, highly matrixed complex financial institution. Demonstrated experience working on a large project with a budget of over $5 million, with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders. 3+ years experience with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Suite. Experience working within an Agile framework. Nice-to-Have Skills: Salesforce experience – experience with sub‑features of Salesforce is a strong asset. Development experience – a technical mindset in translating requirements. Project management skills – ability to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines. Education: • Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field preferred.• MBA or other related advanced degree an asset.• Agile/CSM certification an asset.• Salesforce certification an asset.
