The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will be responsible for supporting these leaders in achieving their business goals by providing key HR services including employment, employee wellness and accommodation, performance, and labour relations as well as ensuring HR is a key partner with operational leaders in strategy formulation and implementation. Human Resources Exemption : No Experience Experience in Health Care Management 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources Experience in multiple HR disciplines, including recruitment & labour law Education Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) Licenses Valid Class 5 driver's license Other Education and Training Licensed, and in good standing, with regulatory body, if applicable Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience Advanced - Communication skills Mobilizes people, inspires and leads by example Critical thinking skills Capability to transform systems: Encourage and support innovation Analytical skills Knowledge and Abilities Committed to delivering on patient and family centred care Knowledge in First Nation and Metis history in Saskatchewan Knowledge in the Truth and Reconciliation Commission Calls to Action Ability to lead and coach others Knowledge in applicable legislation and standards Commitment to quality, safety, and improvement striving towards zero harm Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge in the Saskatchewan health care system Proven ability to collaborate and partner with a wide variety of stakeholders Knowledge in applicable human resource functions and disciplines Commitment to a diverse, representative workforce and cultural safety Knowledge in organization's goals, vision, mission and values Exemplifies ethical practices, professionalism and personal integrity Ability to adapt to and implement change Other Information Travel within Saskatchewan For more information on the city of Saskatoon please visit About Us The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is the largest employer in Saskatchewan, employing more than 45,000 staff in a dynamic healthcare environment.
