We are seeking a analytical and proactive Business System Analyst to specialize in the management and reporting of our IT asset lifecycle. In this role, you will be the key link between data, technology, and business stakeholders, focusing on mitigating risk by identifying assets approaching End-of-Life (EOL) and End-of-Service (EOS). You will transform raw asset data into strategic insights, coordinate remediation plans, and ensure our IT estate remains compliant, secure, and modern. Must-Have Qualifications A degree or diploma in Computer Science, Business, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Business System Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on data reporting and stakeholder management. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivots, macros, complex formulas, tables, charts) for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting. Demonstrated ability to design and maintain reports for various audiences, translating technical data into business-friendly formats. Strong analytical skills with experience in understanding complex datasets and performing gap and root cause analysis. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of stakeholders. Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with data visualization tools, particularly Power BI. Working knowledge of MS SQL for querying and validating data. Familiarity with ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB). Understanding of infrastructure services, platforms, and Cloud technologies (e.g., Azure, AWS). Experience contributing to governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) activities. ITIL v4 Foundation Certification.
