Talent Acquisition Professional & Subject Matter Expert | Changing Lives through career opportunities within the Electronics Industry | Trilingual… About the role As a Customer Expansion Specialist, you will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, generating leads, and providing solutions to Delight the Customer®. You will play a pivotal role in qualifying and expanding our customer base and will work closely with various internal teams including sales and marketing. How you will make an impact: Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers. Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision‑making process. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover opportunities and overcome objections. Maintain accurate and up to date records of all interactions and outcomes in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Meet or exceed monthly objectives and targets. We’re looking for someone with High School diploma; College Degree an asset. Experience in outbound calling or telemarketing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively navigate objections and handle rejections. Familiarity with using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. English is required It’d be great if you are Self‑motivated and driven to succeed with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Able to adapt and excel in fast paced, changing market conditions. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
