Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quaity Assurance Engineer with experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and/or mobile applications by executing effective testing strategies and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Review business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories to design test scenarios and test cases. Perform manual testing including functional, regression, sanity, and UAT testing. Execute test cases, identify defects, and track them to closure using defect management tools. Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand features and validate fixes. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives. Conduct API testing and basic database validation as required. Ensure adherence to QA processes, standards, and best practices. Continuously improve test coverage and testing methodologies. Role Requirements And Qualifications 3+ years of hands‑on experience in software testing. Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies. Experience with test management and defect tracking tools (JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr, etc.). Solid experience in functional, regression, and integration testing. Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing. Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar. Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured. Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
