Support daily operations as Shift Supervisor at Dutton ONroute, coordinating employees, maintaining standards, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This Shift Supervisor position supports management across a busy ONroute plaza. You will monitor productivity, coordinate breaks, resolve customer complaints, and help maintain a safe, positive work environment. The role includes cash handling, opening and closing procedures, inventory, food safety, and training across leading brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor employee activities, productivity, breaks, and significant operational issues
- Complete opening, daily, and closing procedures according to policies
- Resolve customer complaints with satisfaction and policy compliance
- Maintain cash security and process voided transactions appropriately
- Train new employees across different ONroute brands
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to plazas on Highways 400 and 401
- Previous restaurant, food service, retail, or customer service experience welcomed
- Commitment to teamwork, accountability, agility, innovation, integrity, and community partnership
- Ability to follow food safety, sanitation, health, and safety standards
- Ability to respond to guest injuries and property damage
