Introduction Robertson is seeking a skilled Operations Analyst I to join our client Contract Period 6 months with potential to extend or convert Pay Rate Starting from $20 per hour Location Oakville, ON Location Type 100% Remote Business Hours Monday - Friday; 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Job Responsibilities Process requests received through Salesforce or other means, while communicating directly with other internal partners, advisors, or our back-office provider Ensuring daily service levels are met with internal and external partners Follow-up on issues, investigate and/or escalation of complex cases as needed Performing quality control Participates in special projects/assignments, perform other duties as required Effective organizational, prioritization, and time management skills Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff Ability to work in a fast paced team environment Experience & Qualification Requirements Bachelor's Degree is Required 2 Years of Experience in the Financial services industry Experience with Dataphile or Salesforce is an asset Successful completion of IFIC Operations Course is an asset ALL CANDIDATES MUST COMPLETE A CRIMINAL AND CREDIT CHECK AS PART OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS ***We use AI technology as part of our application review process to assist with screening and assessment.
