Job Type: Full-Time Salary : $85,500 - $124,900 Position Summary The IT Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting IMT’s internal and external infrastructure environments to ensure secure, reliable, and scalable operations. As a key member of the IT Infrastructure team, this role acts as a Subject Matter Expert in server, cloud, and automation technologies, delivering enterprise solutions with a strong focus on availability, performance, and resilience. The IT Infrastructure Analyst understands the business impact of downtime and responds with urgency and precision, enabling IMT to operate efficiently and innovate through technology. This role supports the IT team’s mission to think globally, act locally, and deliver technology solutions that create measurable business value. About You Relationship-driven and customer-focused, with a strong commitment to building long-term partnerships Comfortable working in a fast paced, operational or manufacturing environment Curious by nature and skilled at asking the right questions to understand customer needs Able to clearly communicate value and solutions to a wide range of audiences Organized and self-directed, with strong time, territory, and pipeline management skills Accountable for results and comfortable working towards targets and objectives Resilient and adaptable, maintaining a positive attitude through challenges Collaborative team player who works effectively with internal teams to deliver on customer commitments Acts with integrity, professionalism, and transparency in all interactions Education & Experience Education: Post-secondary education, or relevant industry experience, related certifications Experience: 5-10 years supporting progressive IT infrastructure, cloud, network and security, both remote and onsite, with a focus on the manufacturing industry Responsibilities Support High Availability, Hyper-V, AD, Azure/Entra, DNS, DHCP, DR, Backup/Recovery, Exchange Online/365, automation, Teams, network, and related security Design, implement, and support long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing, improving, and maintaining enterprise infrastructure and networks including documentation Ensure that proposed and existing infrastructure designs are aligned with organizational goals and objectives Provide design expertise, direction, and assistance across all IT Teams Develop, document, and communicate plans for investing in systems architecture, including analysis of cost reduction opportunities Move IMT towards an automated infrastructure using tools like PowerShell, Python, and Ansible for continuous improvement Develop and manage a systems capacity plan Develop, document, communicate, and enforce policy for infrastructure and security standards Lead and mentor other team members to develop internal resources Design, implement, and support infrastructure security audits and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies Ensure system connectivity, stability, and availability of all infrastructure components Monitor and test system performance; prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports Support a 24/7 or on-call environment as required Additional duties as required Skills 5-10 years work experience, IT manufacturing industry experience is an asset Proven experience in systems design and development Performed design, deployment, and audit validation of FIPS 140-2 environments Experience in core enterprise technologies, including on-prem services (Hyper-V, AD, DNS, DFS, Group Policy), Azure/Entra, Intune, Meraki, Netskope, and Teams Expertise of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including Routing/switching, voice/UC, security, high availability, disaster recovery, firewalls, and more Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation; additional automation product experience is an asset Experience working within ITIL processes (Incident, Request, Change, Knowledge, Asset) Experience supporting a 24/7 or on-call environment Good to have experience with audit frameworks such as CMMC 2.0 Level 2 and CGP If you meet the above requirements and are ready to take on exciting challenges, we invite you to join our dynamic team Your interest in this opportunity is appreciated.
