Responsibilities Assist with the coordination of shipments of physical heritage assets out of the Centre Block building to our storage facilities Assist with coordination of shipments of construction materials to Bantree & CB from CB from trade workshops Assist with preparing assets for shipment for restoration physical verification as well as interpreting data from our Basset Pro database Assist in verifying restored assets being received back from trade workshops Assist with the processes to divest assets when needed Assist with asset tagging scanning and shipment oversight at Centre Block to our storage facilities. All other duties as assigned. Integrated Pest Control. Safety Inspections at Bantree and Macoun Centre Qualifications Enrolled in a Supply Chain Management specialization in a post-secondary institution. Strong time management skills. Good with numbers and place a large emphasis on attention to detail. Strong communication and customer service skills and the ability to maintain a positive working relationship with clients. Strong computer skills. Previous knowledge of the construction industry would be considered an asset. Drivers license and a vehicle are required for this role as traveling between the Centre Block building and our temporary storage facility may be required.
