Platform Professional Services Senior Consultant - Cloud (Remote) Join CrowdStrike as a Senior Platform Professional Services Consultant to plan, deploy, and support the CrowdStrike Falcon Cloud Security platform and related applications. This role works remotely across North America and requires a blend of cloud security expertise, scripting, and customer engagement. What You’ll Do Lead end‑to‑end deployment of Falcon Cloud Security modules (CWP, CSPM, ASPM, SSPM) for customers. Configure, script, and troubleshoot platform components using Bash, PowerShell, CloudFormation, Terraform, and Helm. Collaborate with customer IT teams to integrate Falcon modules with existing tooling and incident response processes. Provide mentorship to the Platform Professional Services team and conduct training sessions on cloud best practices. Travel up to 25% of the time to collaborate with cross‑functional product, engineering, and customer teams. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 5+ years of IT deployment experience. Cloud platform expertise and certifications for AWS, Azure, or GCP. Strong knowledge of cloud and container deployment technologies, CSPM, and Linux administration. Proficiency with scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash) and CI/CD pipelines. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills. Experience in a customer‑facing consulting environment. Bonus Points Cloud Platform & DevOps certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI). Container tools: EKS, AKS, GKE, ECS, OpenShift, Docker. Registry tools: ECR, GCR, ACR, JFROG Artifactory, Docker Hub, Red Hat OpenShift. Operating systems: Windows, Linux, macOS. Scripting: PowerShell, Bash, Batch.
