As part of Blyth Academy's innovative teaching team, you will implement the Ontario Secondary School curriculum with a focus on small classroom dynamics and student engagement. Candidates should have a passion for education, a knowledge of the Ontario curriculum, and a commitment to fostering student growth. This role allows for flexibility, with multiple teaching modalities available.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and teach curriculum for secondary students
• Facilitate a positive, engaging classroom environment

• Provide ongoing support to students and parents
• Engage in hands-on learning activities and discussions
Requirements:
• Teaching degree and experience in education
• Comprehensive understanding of Ontario curriculum
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to student-centered education
• Flexibility in teaching methods and approaches
