Southland Transportation is seeking dedicated Call Centre Agents for our on-demand transit service. Part-time, with shifts Sunday through Saturday, between 5:00 am and midnight. On-Demand operates 7 days, with 2–3 shifts weekly (16–24 hours).
Responsibilities include handling bookings, answering inquiries, liaising with drivers and supervisors, and maintaining data on passenger numbers. Starting hourly rate is CAD 15.00, increasing to CAD 18.00 after training.
