As Assistant Front Store Manager, you assist the Front Store Manager with human, physical, and financial resources. You help achieve store objectives through Store Standards, staffing, inventory preparation, and effective backroom-to-sales-floor flow. The position emphasizes leadership, planning, and business judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain Store Standards across sales-floor and backroom operations
- Help manage labour scheduling using Work Force Management
- Ensure adequate staffing for effective business operations
- Support hiring for departments excluding Pharmacy
- Lead staff through Blue Culture and Core Values
Requirements:
- Previous retail management experience
- Planning, organization, and efficient time management skills
- Ability to prioritize changing initiatives quickly
- Superior coaching and communication skills
- Business and financial acumen with sound judgment
