The Role


We are looking for customer-centric , tech-savvy candidates with excellent communication skills.


In this role, you will work with many new, leading-edge technologies that solve real customer challenges. Your mission is to help our customers and partners successfully implement solutions with our chatbot platform. As part of the Customer Success team, you will work with freelancers to Global 2000 companies throughout their journey.


Responsibilities


  • Onboard and train new clients to set them up for success with our platform.
  • Enable customers by translating complex concepts into easy-to-understand solutions with the various platform features and capabilities.
  • Proactively engage with clients for renewals and manage churn effectively to boost customer retention.
  • Be the platform expert, knowing all the ins and outs of Botpress, and guide customers to build great conversational AI experiences.
  • Be the champion of our customers by providing real-time feedback to internal teams about product performance and customer needs.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you must be able to see and develop the big picture, think of innovative ways to get the job done, and help your customers build creative strategies to implement their solutions successfully.


  • 3+ years of experience in a similar customer success role or a solution consulting role
  • Proven experience in SaaS, Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) or technology industries
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain code functionalities
  • A deep interest in Conversational AI, voice- and chat-based user experiences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Upbeat, passionate, and unparalleled customer focus
  • Unparalleled attention to detail and task management skills
  • Fluent in English and French. (Spanish and Portuguese is a plus)
