How You’ll Make An Impact The Ontario Regional Sales Coordinator provides administrative support to the Regional Vice Presidents and Manager of Regional Sales for both Ontario West & East Regions. You will interact with all levels of the organization and with external clients to provide information on behalf of the Regional Vice Presidents. In addition, you will play a leadership role in promoting and maintaining the image of the Ontario Regional offices and the company as a whole. Key Accountabilities Administrative Support Provides all aspects of administrative support to the Regional Vice Presidents and Managers. Develops and implements processes to ensure efficient operation of the regional offices. Responds to internal and external inquiries and explains policies and procedures. Coordinates, organizes, and responds to correspondence. Manages the calendars for the RVPs and MRSs. Manages electronic and paper records for easy retrieval. Processes invoices and travel arrangements. Reporting Prepares daily, monthly and quarterly reviews for RVPs and MRSs. Tracks wholesaler/inside wholesaler activity and prepares monthly reports. Drafts reports and presentations including charts, graphs, and spreadsheets. Event Planning & Coordination Plans and coordinates meetings and regional events on‑site and off‑site. Partners with Corporate Events team for national events as necessary. Human Resources Manages all aspects of MAC process. New employee set‑up, including equipment, phones, credit cards, business cards, etc. Inter‑office moves and computer access changes or terminations. Working Relationships Enhances working relationships by demonstrating interest in day‑to‑day activities and business goals. Acts as first point of contact for sales team members. Keeps RVPs and MRSs up‑to‑date on office issues or concerns. Maintains confidentiality of departmental information. What We Are Looking For Post‑secondary degree or equivalent work experience. Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry. Preferred: Administrative experience working with senior management. Completion of CSC/IFIC is an asset.
