This role requires strong SDLC knowledge, project management expertise, and hands-on leadership in managing internal teams and 3rd-party vendors. You will be responsible for driving project timelines, managing risks, ensuring clear communication, and delivering on project milestones.Key ResponsibilitiesLead migration project planning and execution in alignment with SDLC processes and delivery artefacts. Manage internal and external (3rd-party vendor) stakeholder engagement and coordination. Develop and present structured management reports detailing migration timelines and milestones. Monitor and communicate the status of vendor delivery plans, ensuring alignment with internal schedules. Track and drive action items to closure, maintaining clear accountability. Identify, escalate, and facilitate resolution of project risks and issues, including defining mitigation strategies. Oversee project tracking, budget management, and resource allocation. Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Technical ProfileProven knowledge of SDLC processes, delivery artefacts, and migration project methodologies. Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Planview, MIS, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and ProjectPlace. Strong understanding of budget management and risk tracking processes. Functional ProfileAdept at stakeholder management across internal teams and external vendors. Skilled in structuring and delivering concise management reports and presentations. Ability to lead project teams through complex migration initiatives while balancing competing priorities. Demonstrated experience in escalation handling and conflict resolution.
