Deliver personalized guest experiences as a part-time Lounge Server with Gateway, using expert service skills in evening and weekend dining.
Gateway seeks an outgoing Server to build guest loyalty through attentive service, client networking, and event promotion. You will manage multiple demands in a high-volume restaurant environment while creating a warm, memorable dining experience. The position involves food and beverage service, promotional activities, and occasional live entertainment presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain expert knowledge of products, events, and promotions
- Take, expedite, and serve accurate food and beverage orders
- Participate in social media, events, and photo sessions
- Introduce or present live entertainment when required
Requirements:
- Two or more years in a high-volume casual dining restaurant
- Cash handling experience with POS systems or registers
- Serving It Right, Proserve, or Smart Serve certification
- Food Safe Level 1 certificate
- Ability to carry a fully loaded thirty-pound serving tray
