Salary: CA$110,000 – CA$130,000 per annum Key Responsibilities Lead and manage residential and commercial architectural projects from concept through completion. Produce detailed working drawings using AutoCAD and Revit. Ensure compliance with Alberta Building Code, municipal bylaws, and project specifications. Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal design teams. Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and monitor construction progress. Manage project documentation, including submissions, reports, proposals, and contracts. Adapt designs and solutions to meet evolving project requirements and resolve on-site challenges. Represent MHC professionally at client and site meetings. Required Qualifications Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field from an accredited institution. 8+ years of experience managing residential and commercial projects with strong technical drawing expertise. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit (mandatory); SketchUp, Photoshop, or 3DS Max considered an asset. Strong knowledge of architectural systems, materials, and detailing. Familiarity with Alberta Building Code and local zoning regulations. Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
