You build a pre‑owned inventory that reflects the quality and diversity our guests expect. Our Vision We aim to redefine the pre‑owned luxury car experience. We need an exceptional leader to curate an outstanding inventory, guide our team in presenting these vehicles, and ensure every pre‑owned Toyota meets the highest standards. What You’ll Be Doing You will be the driving force behind our pre‑owned vehicle operations, leading a team to deliver unparalleled guest experiences while maximizing profitability. Your Responsibilities Sourcing and acquiring high‑quality pre‑owned vehicles. Overseeing the reconditioning process. Managing inventory and developing pricing strategies. Leading and motivating the sales team. Collaborating with service and parts to optimize reconditioning. Analyzing market trends and adjusting strategies. Ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Managing relationships with all sources of inventory. Qualifications Proven experience in used‑car management, preferably in the luxury automotive sector. Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing successful sales teams. Expert knowledge of vehicle valuation, reconditioning, and market trends. Excellent negotiation skills and financial acumen. Proficiency with inventory management systems and digital marketing tools. Nice to Have Experience with Lexus or other luxury Japanese brands. Familiarity with certified pre‑owned program standards and processes. Experience implementing innovative digital marketing strategies for pre‑owned vehicles. Multilingual, especially Mandarin or Cantonese. Compensation Expected range: $90,000 – $140,000. Downtown AutoGroup and Downtown Toyota are equal opportunity employers.
