The Services Technology Acceleration Center (STAC) is dedicated to advancing aerospace inspection technologies and repair processes and enhancing customer support capabilities for its Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facilities around the globe. Job Description *** Will work onsite at our facility in Springdale, Ohio. *** As the go‑to machining process expert, you'll set the bar for how we plan, execute, and scale world‑class MRO. Lead capital with conviction : Guide and standardize CapEx to unlock capacity, capability, and ROIଇ. Be the shop's problem‑solver :ъяв Provide technical machining expertise that lifts delivery, quality, safety, cost, and scrap reduction-day in, day out. Codify excellence : Contribute to and sign off SPM updates, turning tribal knowledge into durable standards. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university and 3+ years of CNC 5 Axis machining experience (or a minimum high school diploma / GED with an additional 4+ years of CNC 5 Axis machining experience). 3+ years of MRO and/or manufacturing shop experience.
