The Role: Analyst, EPM As an Analyst , you will be a core member of client delivery teams, supporting the design and implementation of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and reporting solutions. You’ll work closely with Solution Architects and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions that drive real impact. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who are analytical, curious, and excited to build a foundation in consulting, finance, and technology. What You’ll Do Client Delivery & Implementation Serve as a core contributor on client engagements focused on Workiva implementations and related EPM solutions Support Solution Architects (SA) throughout the full implementation lifecycle, from discovery through go-live Document business and technical requirements during discovery sessions Implement solution designs with increasing autonomy Communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly to internal teams Partner with clients during build phases to ensure solutions meet expectations Document solutions and support clients through User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Communicate effectively with clients via email, virtual meetings, and in-person interactions Translate technical concepts into clear, practical language for non-technical stakeholders Respond to client questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner Team Contribution Collaborate closely with project teams in a fast-paced consulting environment Contribute to team discussions, adapt to evolving project needs, and support teammates through challenges Demonstrate ownership, accountability, and a strong desire to learn Qualifications Required Qualifications 0–1 years of relevant experience in consulting, finance, analytics, or a related field and/or a completed college/university degree (e.g., Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, Engineering). 2025 grads encouraged to apply.
