This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for safeguarding the security of Aritzia product, people, property, and information at our Distribution Centers (DCs). You will play a pivotal role in executing and educating on the day-to-day prevention, detection, and resolution of loss throughout our locations. With people at the heart of everything we do, you will support your high-potential people to grow rewarding careers at Aritzia—while enjoying one yourself.**THE ROLE**As the Sr. Manager, Risk, Distribution, you will lead the team to:* Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.* Establish Aritzia’s approach to Enterprise Risk Management.* Minimize the loss of merchandise.* Protect our people, our clients, and our communities.* Ensure the security of our physical assets.* Preserve and safeguard confidential information.**THE QUALIFICATIONS**The Sr. Manager, Risk, Distribution, has:* Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in Enterprise Risk Management.* A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles.* The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.* A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.**THE COMPENSATION**The typical hiring range for this position is $120,000 – $170,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.We are always looking for top talent.
