We design and build our own hardware, sell direct to consumers and through major platforms, and have real revenue, real customers, and active growth plans. RYSE is raising capital from retail and accredited investors. This role exists to turn investor interest into closed investments. Role Overview You own the phone. You speak with prospective investors who have already shown interest. Your goal is simple: close investments. This is a commission‑only role built for people who want upside. Key Responsibilities Call warm and inbound investor leads provided by RYSE Conduct high‑volume outbound sales calls every day Qualify investors based on interest, capacity, and timing Clearly explain RYSE's business, traction, and investment terms Deliver a structured investment pitch and move conversations to a decision Handle objections related to risk, timing, and commitment size Push for the close and secure verbal and written investment commitments Follow up consistently through calls, texts, and email Track all activity, notes, and outcomes in the CRM Hit weekly call targets and monthly close targets What You Are Selling Equity investments in RYSE Reg CF and Reg A style offerings Retail and accredited investors Requirements Required Experience 2+ years in outbound or phone‑based sales Proven experience closing deals over the phone Experience selling financial products, investments, or high‑ticket offers Strong objection‑handling skills Comfort discussing money, risk, and commitment directly Track record in commission‑driven roles Preferred Experience Investor relations or capital raising Equity crowdfunding or private placements Financial services, wealth products, or alternative investments High‑volume call environments Who You Are Aggressive but controlled Results‑focused and numbers‑driven Comfortable hearing no and pushing forward Motivated by commission and performance Able to follow a script and still sound natural Organized enough to manage a fast‑moving pipeline Performance Expectations Daily call minimums Fast response time to new leads Consistent follow‑up until the deal closes or exits the pipeline Clear contribution to total capital raised Compensation Commission only Paid per closed investment Commission scales with performance No cap on earnings Seniority Level Entry level Employment Type Full‑time Job Function IT Services and IT Consulting Location: Richmond Hill, Ontario, Canada Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at RYSE by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
