ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Sub-Prime Finance Manager to join our team at Dilawri Group of Companies . The successful candidate is someone who is passionate about the automotive industry and eager to contribute to our growing team. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for selling financing, mechanical repair service contracts, GAP insurance, credit insuranceand other Aftermarket products to clients. Utilization of dealershipmanagement systems and procedures to deliver exceptional customerservice. Maintain a current knowledgeof manufacturer products, rebates, financing, leasing and incentive programs. Read, understand and adhere to all rules, regulations and procedures as required by the employer. Work in strict compliance withthe laws of {PROVINCE} and Canada. Ensure all work performed isthorough, accurate and completed on time. Preparation of alldocumentation, contracts, registration, submission, funding, commissioning,etc. related to all transactions and sales/leases of vehicles. Maintain all reports andrecords as required by the manufacturer, dealership and suppliers. Attend sponsored training asscheduled. Ensure quotes for products andservices are competitive. Establish and maintain strongand professional relationships with all financial institutions, manufacturerfinance centres and third-party vendors. Keep customers and staffupdated on the progress of a vehicle delivery. Consistently meet and exceedcustomer expectations. Handle and resolve customercomplaints in a courteous and professional manner, ensuring a positive outcomeand maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction ABOUT YOU Valid AMVICcertification an asset. Previousexperience in a Sub Prime division is an asset Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record. Ability to workin a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engagingattitude. Self-motivation with excellent workethic Ability to problem solve and highattention to detail. Loves a fast-paced environment. Computer skills and understanding oftechnology.
