As a Sales Associate, you will support the Store Leadership Team in achieving company goals. Your core responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, managing merchandise presentation, and maintaining cleanliness in the store and stockroom. The role emphasizes urgency in customer assistance and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Store Leadership Team in achieving store goals
• Provide friendly and effective service to customers
• Demonstrate strong selling skills to boost conversion
• Maintain stock levels across all sizes and styles
• Follow company standards for merchandise presentation
Requirements:
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
• Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
