As a key member of the Billing and Platforms team, you will address billing remediation and implement process improvements that contribute to cross-functional collaboration. Your insights will identify trends and optimize automation efforts, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. This position requires strong analytical acumen and the ability to manage relationships effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead investigations into billing issues and remediation efforts
• Identify and track revenue leakage causes
• Collaborate on automation opportunities in billing
• Develop insights and dashboards for management
• Contribute to training and documentation efforts
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics
• 5+ years in relevant fields, preferably banking
• Expertise in billing process management and data insights
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
