Analyst, Engineering Program Management Bombardier is seeking an analyst to support project delivery within our Aerospace Canada organization, focusing on environmental regulation projects, process improvement, and cross‑functional governance. Benefits Program Insurance plans (Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more) Competitive base salary Retirement savings plan Employee Assistance Program Tele Health Program Responsibilities Develop and implement internal processes and tools, identifying improvement opportunities Manage a portfolio of projects related to environmental regulations (ECHA, EPA, ECCC, etc.) Collaborate with functional teams to implement changes Create and follow project schedules to meet program requirements Ensure adherence to budget targets, controlling programme costs Work in a cross‑functional environment interacting with all management levels Coordinate governance processes and meetings, ensuring schedule adherence Identify potential problems, manage risk and opportunities with functional teams Lead internal and external governance meetings to provide visibility on project performance Qualifications University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or equivalent Excellent communication skills in both English and French (bilingual) Knowledge of manufacturing concepts and their financial impact Strong organizational skills, time management, and autonomy At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the aerospace sector or related field PMP or similar project management certification (plus) Knowledge of industry standards and regulations; environmental regulation experience (plus) Excellent computer skills, especially MS Office and Teams We're not looking for the perfect candidate – we’re looking for great talent and passionate individuals.
