Lead checkout service at Giant Tiger in Boisbriand, using customer service expertise and clear communication in a full-time retail schedule.
As Head Cashier, you will train cashiers on point-of-sale, customer service, and checkout procedures. You will also oversee daily checkout compliance, merchandise replenishment, and customer complaint resolution. The position requires at least one year of retail experience, with supervisory experience considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of customer service
- Train cashiers on point-of-sale and checkout procedures
- Order and replenish checkout merchandise, including tobacco and lottery
- Open and close the store on a rotating basis
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of retail environment experience
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Supervisory experience is an asset
- Attention to detail
Support Giant Tiger customers through checkout leadership, cashier training, merchandise replenishment, and attentive service in Boisbriand.
