Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site inspections and identify safety risks
• Produce accurate material take-offs and specifications
• Collaborate with team members to finalize project documentation
• Obtain pricing for materials and manage subcontractor work
• Attend pre-bid meetings to clarify requirements
Requirements:
• At least 4 years of estimating experience in roofing
• Strong technical grasp of roofing materials and systems
• Experience with RCABC standards
• Ability to work at heights and access roofs safely
• Proven skill in creating detailed estimates independently
