What you would do

·        Process new insurance applications and policy modifications within our insurance partners’ web portals.

·        Assist in the internal auditing process as directed by the Personal Lines Manager.

·        Complete quote requests in our quotation management systems as directed.

·        Compile electronic application packages for brokers.

·        Document all client activity in our Broker Management System.

·        Present options for the necessary automobile, property, marine, etc. policies to ensure clients can make informed decisions.

·        Identify ongoing coverage needs or opportunities for existing clients regarding their policies, including thorough renewal reviews.

·        Assist clients with policy-related changes and inquiries.

·        Navigate the claims process with clients when a loss is incurred.

·        Research and resolve client problems, acting as the liaison between insurers when necessary.

·        Keep apprised of industry trends, changes, and opportunities as they relate to our clients.

What your background would look like

·        Minimum of 1 year working as a RIB is ideal, but we are ready to train and help with the licensing path.

·        Post-secondary education that is complementary to a related industry is desired.

·        CAIB designation is valued but not compulsory.

·        Experience with client management software and sales training is valued.

·        Proficiency in Office 365 and basic technical competency are expected.

 

Salary Range $48,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.
