Senior QA Engineering Lead

We have seen explosive growth with the "Display Digital Renaissance" due to Covid, and we are innovating quite aggressively around our self‑serve business in ad serving, creative CMS, cross‑screen analytics, and personalization. Base pay range CA$36,000.00/yr – CA$70,000.00/yr ResponsiveAds is currently looking for a QA Engineering Lead to bring deep experience and understanding of modern QA and to set up an efficient QA process & team from scratch. You will be responsible for setting up processes for manual testing, optimizing infrastructure for automated testing, and writing those tests. You will manage a team of several testers and work with clients to debug and document their issues, and work closely with product and developers to ensure that issues are fixed and pushed to production on time.
