Employer Industry: Technology Services Why consider this job opportunity: Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a leading technology services provider Flexible remote work options available Competitive salary with a focus on professional development Supportive and inclusive work environment Chance to lead and manage significant projects that impact client success Work with cutting‑edge technology and innovative solutions in a global organization What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource schedules Serve as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders Identify, assess, and document project risks and develop mitigation plans Prepare regular project status reports, dashboards, and formal documentation for stakeholders Define and enforce quality standards and coordinate quality reviews and sign‑offs What is Required (Qualifications): 7+ years of experience in project management or project coordination with increasing responsibility 7+ years of experience developing project plans and schedules using scheduling tools 7+ years of experience identifying risks and creating mitigation plans 7+ years of documentation skills, including preparing executive‑level status reports Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Proven ability to manage vendor relationships and liaise with cross‑functional teams Experience tracking project KPIs and conducting lessons‑learned reviews Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations Excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience presenting to senior stakeholders We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
